The PTA are a voluntary group of parents and interested community members who fundraise much needed funds for the school.

I have been Chairperson of the PTA for 2 years. The PTA is made up of a vibrant group of people where the main aim is to fundraise for the school. We are very focused on what we do and that it serves the school, the Board and ultimately the children which is what we are all here for.
On a person note, I hail from Taranaki and Hunua School reminds me a lot of my own Primary School experiences in small town New Zealand which were great memories going forward. We are always looking for new members and new ideas so if you would like to join a fun loving group don't hesitate to get in touch.
